Hi, my name is David I’m the owner of The Clearance Solution (TCS), a family run business with over 10 Years experience in the waste management. Specialising, in House Clearances our team pride ourselves in being customer focused and understand in many situations a clearance is due to a bereavement.

Why use TCS?

Many House Clearances have a value within the home that is either missed or no room to take leaving extra revenue for the company who is clearing the property. That’s not me, I believe the inheritance should stay with the intended and from the initial viewing I’m happy to pin point any treasures you may have missed, but there’s more, I can also store these items, arrange auction appointments, take to auction and even collect them if they don’t sell all for the same price as your clearance. You do nothing other than one call to the auction to set up an account so the money gets paid directly to you.

Tcs promotes 3R’s Recycle – Reuse – Repurpose, to reduce landfill consumption with a recycling rate of over 87%. With our main aim to provide items to local families/individuals for free and donate to local charities to help raise funds. For me it’s the “Right thing to do” and from the gratitude I receive from our customers is always great knowing a lifetime of items are not just been thrown away.

What a fantastic company/people to deal with! Everything was perfect from beginning to end - David contacted me quickly to discuss the job I needed doing (removal of sofa and a mattress), arranged a mutually convenient time a couple of days later, turned up as promised. Amazing, courteous service when they did arrive. Far more efficient than the council collection service, and for a fair price for the service received. Excellent and can't recommend enough. From the start, in our first phone call, David was kind and compassionate and showed clear determination to deliver the best job on every job, even the small ones like mine. David came out on Friday to quote for clearing my uncle's place. By 1030 on Monday he and his team had cleared the property completely and taken the time to take videos of everywhere and send them to me (I don't live locally to my uncle). With only 12 hours notice, the clearance solution collected and delivered to me a purchase I’d made. They were quick, efficient and even removed another piece of furniture for me that I was struggling to get outside to dispose of. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having used TCS several times before they were the obvious choice to come with me to collect my new kitchen cabinets. The van and man (x2) arrived on time. They took great care both loading and unloading my cabinets and secured them well inside the van. Price was good, all went well.

I can’t praise The Clearance Solution highly enough. They were prompt, efficient and very polite. Obviously experts in their field. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.
